TRC Capital Partners, along with Hansen Partners and Barbour Investments, developed, leases, and manages Campanile South, a 80,000 square foot, boutique office building with office and retail space catering specifically to the small tenant market.
1001 McKinney
Houston, TX
TRC Capital Partners owns and manages the 23-story, 375,440-square-foot building at Main and McKinney in the Houston CBD. The art deco style building was designed by Alfred C. Finn and built in 1947 to house City National Bank. In 2020, TRC completed a historical renovation of the main lobby, upper floor lobbies and bathrooms and modernized all elevators. Key amenities include a tenant lounge, fitness center, conference facility, tunnel access, and attached parking garage.
Regions Financial Center
Houston, TX
TRC Capital Partners, along with Hansen Partners and Barbour Investments, developed, leases, and manages Regions Financial Center, an 11-story, 180,000-square-foot office and retail building located in the Greenway Plaza area of Houston’s inner loop. The property uniquely integrates boutique office space and upscale retail space with direct frontage on Richmond Avenue.

Intercontinental Houston Medical Center Hotel

As part of a joint venture, TRC completed the development of the 350 room Intercontinental Hotel in January 2019. It is the first full-service hotel built near the Texas Medical Center in over 25 years. Intercontinental Hotel Group provides management services for the hotel.
